RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Do you want to make a return or refund and have already received your order? just follow the dedicated sheet in the package you received at home.

In case you have not yet made the purchase and are interested in knowing how our returns policy works:

All you need to do is notify us within 14 days of receiving your order of your intention to make a return or exchange, to the following email address: commercial@plklab.com.

Returns will be refunded within 7/10 working days from the moment the return arrives in our warehouse. So that we can verify that the product(s) are in the same condition as when they were shipped.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE PAID BY US AND NOT THE CUSTOMER
